I actually stayed on campus during spring break and worked most of the time at Campus Ministry. Basically, all I did was catalog books for them, but now I am an expert librarian. Additionally, I went outside on numerous runs and enjoyed the beautiful weather (sunny or rainy).

Other things that occurred in my life over spring break:
- I changed my major (slightly).
- I became a pro at making peanut butter toast.
- I spent three hours on one physics homework problem. It actually wasn’t even that hard so I am not quite sure why it took that long, but I’m thankful it is done.

4. I went on a retreat the weekend before school resumed.
Now- time to focus on my goal. My goal after winter break was exactly this: “I want to focus on my school work, especially taking the time to fully understand the content. I want to do my school work with the intent of learning and not just getting it done.” Now, looking back on it, this goal is extremely vague, but I think I have been able to really zero in on bettering my note-taking and studying skills.
I have been rewriting a lot of my notes after my Linear Algebra class which is a game changer, considering I always take the most messy notes in my mathematics classes. Additionally, I have been setting aside extra time to take more in-depth physics notes which has aided me in becoming a better student in that class. I have been putting more effort into my Public Policy class (even though I don’t love the subject) and have been working ahead on a large project that is due in a few weeks. To be honest, I would rate my efforts to achieve this goals a 7/10 because there is room for improvement, but I do see progress!
